Public records and discovery
Athlete and club pages, global search, sourced event results and unique public URLs.
FROM THE WORLDS TO EVERY CLUB
Apex is becoming a connected platform for athletes, parents and competition teams. Public records are live. Private club operations are the next build.
PRODUCT READINESS · 1 OCTOBER 2026
Built does not mean activated. Sign-in does not mean permission.
Athlete and club pages, global search, sourced event results and unique public URLs.
ChatGPT-backed sign-in is available. It does not unlock a club or child record automatically.
The database model exists; invitation acceptance, verified linking and operational permissions still need building and testing.
Listings are separate from entries, draws and schedules. Blocked or missing source data stays unresolved.
Plan concepts are drafts. No payment collection or self-service club activation is enabled.
THE CLUB JOURNEY
Planned private journeys build on the public pages already available.
Open an athlete’s achievements and upcoming events, then inspect their category entries and source-linked opponents.
Explore the public Apex roster →Choose a competition, see the authorised squad entries, then move into athlete and opponent records without losing the event context.
Explore the season calendar →Manage club operations, approved staff and billing. A club role does not grant guardian consent or ownership of every public athlete record.
Work with the authorised roster, entries, opponents and event plan. Private notes stay within the permitted club workspace.
Access your linked sporting profile, achievements and competition plan. Signing in alone does not verify an athlete claim.
Access only explicitly linked children and manage the agreed consent controls. Other athletes and private coach notes remain outside that access.
THE BUILD ROADMAP
Target windows retain the original phased plan. Each release depends on its exit gate.
Exit gate: two isolated test clubs, revoked invitations and guardian access all pass.
Exit gate: each pilot club completes an event cycle with source-checked entries and a visible exception queue.
Exit gate: paid onboarding, cancellation, access isolation and support procedures are tested before charging.
Exit gate: security, data quality and commercial readiness are signed off; dates move if gates are not met.
